I take on a small number of projects each year. If your work isn't a strong fit for my skills, I'll say so clearly — and try to point you in the right direction.

Clear scope and timeline

Once we agree to work together, we agree on scope, timeline, and deliverables. I use retainers for ongoing work and fixed scopes for one-off projects.
